Roger started his real estate career with a high end Chevy Chase Maryland real estate firm before relocating to Hagerstown MD in 1983. He brings his years of market understanding to the table in representing his clients and customers.

In 1999, Roger set out on his own and opened Roger Fairbourn Real Estate.The firm has grown over the years and has transacted millions of dollars in real estate and has participated in developing numerous sites throughout our marketplace.

Roger feels strongly that community involvement and the support of local non-profits is a basic element of doing business in a community. This being the case, Roger is involved in many community organizations that enhance the lives of our friends and neighbors.
