Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups fresh blueberries

Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. A few small lumps are perfectly fine.
- Carefully fold in the blueberries.
- Heat a lightly buttered skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with butter, maple syrup, extra blueberries, and your favorite breakfast sides.
